How it works

1

Add the recording

Upload the file from Zoom, Meet or Teams, or paste a link to it.

2

We write it up

Welto transcribes the audio, separates the speakers, then drafts notes with decisions and actions.

3

Read and share

Fix anything that needs it, then export the notes or share a link with the room.

ONLY WELTO

Anyone can summarize. We put your language on the video.

Translated subtitles

On screen while you watch, or exported as SRT and VTT.

Bilingual synced reader

The original and your language together, in step with playback. Tap any word.

Summary, notes, flashcards, quiz

Table stakes. Welto does these too, in your language.

Questions

What do the notes include?

A short summary, the decisions made, action items with owners where they were named aloud, and the questions left open. Every point links back to its moment in the recording, so anything can be checked.

Does it know who said what?

It separates distinct speakers and keeps them consistent through the transcript. It can't know their real names unless they're said aloud, so you may want to rename them once.

Which languages?

Over 50, detected automatically. You can also read the notes in a different language from the one the meeting was held in.

Is it free?

The free plan covers 3 videos a day and 3 uploaded recordings a month, up to 20 minutes each. Pro adds longer files and unlimited uploads.
